We’re a women-owned, mom-run startup based in Lewes, Delaware, on a mission to reduce food waste and preserve local harvests through freeze-drying innovation.

G’s DElights is proud to be a fully FDA-Registered Food Facility, certified in both HACCP and ServSafe protocols—ensuring food safety, compliance, and excellence at every step of our process.

Each year, up to 40% of perfectly good crops go to waste, often due to imperfections, overproduction, or short shelf life. Our solution? We rescue surplus and seconds from local farms and use sublimation (aka the freeze-drying process) to lock in flavor, nutrients, and structure—no added sugar, no preservatives, no waste.

The result? Lightweight, long-lasting, ridiculously delicious snacks made from Delaware’s best ingredients. Crunchy, sweet, savory, and entirely shelf-stable, our snacks go where fresh can’t, while keeping local goods in the market and money in the hands of Delaware growers.

Every Crunch Release tells the story of its origin. From Fifer Orchards strawberries, asparagus seasoned with Henlopen Sea Salt, to Bennett Orchards peaches and, we celebrate the farms behind the flavor...because we’re not just preserving food. We’re preserving agriculture, community, and legacy.
